From the evidence provided so far, it is difficult to claim that the label purposely did not pay Block B.
You either pay them or you dont. Even if they used their money on something else or were withholding it for some reason people should’ve still been informed but obviously that wasnt the case. P.O had to pay for their shit, they didnt even pay their parents back. No one got any money, case finished. wth.
